Class Tuition & Payments
REGISTRATION FEE
Yearly, non-refundable registration fee is processed at the time of enrolment confirmation. Registration fees are only applied once per year and extend through Fall - Spring and Summer Sessions.

TUITION PAYMENTS
Students enrol for Full Season, Winter, Spring, and Summer Sessions
- Full Season: Sept - May (9 Months)
- Winter Session:Jan - March (11 Weeks)
- Spring Session: April - May (9 Weeks)
- Summer Session: June - Aug (3 Months)
Full Season fees are based on an average of 4 classes per month including statutory holidays and breaks. In an effort to assist in keeping fees as low as possible, we offer a reduce rate multiple class hours and family discounts.
Drop in enrolment is offered for students who are not able to attend the full session. Please see below for Drop in rates and terms.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
MONTHLY TERM PAYMENTS: Monthly fees are scheduled for the 1st of each month. Fee are processed automatically through a secure on-line payment processing (SafeSafe). Families are required to maintain a valid credit card or banking information on file.
FULL TERM PAYMENTS: Full Term Fees are processed at the time of registration and students receive a 5% discount in addition to Multi-Class and Family Discounts. Fee are processed automatically through a secure on-line payment processing (SafeSafe). Families are required to maintain a valid credit card or banking information on file.
Bank Draft, Visa, MasterCard
Tuition payments are made through our Student Portal (Jackrabbit) and processed automatically through a secure on-line payment processing system (SaveSafe). Families are required to maintain a valid credit card or up to date banking information for payment processing.
We do not accept cash or e-transfers for tuition payments.
LATE PAYMENT FEES: $25/month. To ensure tuition payments are made in a timely manner, late fees will be applied to any payment outstanding 7 days after the due date. Students will be notified by email if we are unable to process their monthly payment and will have 7 days to make the payment in the Student Portal themselves. After 7 days late fees will be automatically charged to the credit card or bank account on file.
RETURNED & DECLINED PAYMENTS: $25 per declined transaction. A $25 Fee automatically applied to declined transactions & Late Fees will apply 7 days after the payment deadline.
If there is a family emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us to discuss potential payment plans. We are always willing to work with families who require financial considerations to insure dancers can continue to take Irish dance classes in times of difficulty.
REFUNDS: Monthly Tuition and Registration fees, once processed, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are not offered for payments once processed. 7 days written notification (email) is required to terminate any scheduled payment.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
To assist families, we offer a family discount for students within the same household. The 2nd enrolment receives 10% off tuition, 3rd enrolment 20% off tuition, 4th or more enrolment 50% off tuition. Fees are applied to student with the lowest monthly rate.
MULTI CLASS DISCOUNTS
To assist dancers who enrol in multiple classes, we offer a reduce hourly rate. Multi Class discounts are only offered for students enrolled a full session (Fall-Spring and/or Summer Session). *GST not included

DROP IN CLASS RATES & TERMS
Drop in class rates are offered for students who do not wish to enrol in the full session. Family and multi-class discounts are not available for Drop-In classes.
Drop in classes must be signed up and paid in advance of the class through the Student Portal. *GST not included

LATE REGISTRATION
Enrolment is seasonal based on our Full Season, Winter Session, Spring Session, and Summer Session however registrations are accepted at anytime during the session.
EARLY WITHDRAWAL
Dancers are expected to attend classes for the full term they have registered, however we understand there may be extenuating circumstances where dancers withdrawal from classes prior to the end of the season.
FULL SEASON - NEW STUDENTS
- Within the first month of classes, new students may withdrawal without additional withdrawal fees charged. Notification of withdrawal must be received in writing (email) before the second month of classes begins.
- After one month a $45 withdrawal fee will be applied. Payments for classes attended will be adjusted to the drop-in rate as multi-class and family discounts are only available for full session enrolment.
EXISTING STUDENTS

Private Lessons
Not ready to join a class yet? Looking for individual time with an instructor for accelerated learning?
Private lessons are a great option for dancers who wish to work one-on-one with an instructor.
New students are encouraged to enrol in private lessons to work one-on-one with an instructor before transferring to our group lessons.
