PAST PERFORMANCES
The Dancers have performed at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and with well-known performers such as “The Irish Rovers”, “Tommy Makem”, and “The Irish Descendants”.
The group has travelled the world to perform at International Dance Festivals and compete at World Class Level.
McConnell Irish Dancers have produced three full length productions with live music narration, and video production.

The McConnell Irish Dancers have performed with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra in 1998, 2009, and 2016, with the Pops Symphony Orchestra in 2020, and with the Bara McNeils in 2024.

McConnell Dancers are recognised for their unique, high calibre, performance-style dancing encompassing both traditional and contemporary forms of Irish Dance.
Our professional troupe of dancers range in age from 10 - adult and perform at over 40 corporate and charitable shows each year.
Performances range from five minutes to full two hour productions catered to the event. Choose for taped or live music, our performances have the option for accompaniment with Traditional Irish or Contemporary Celtic musicians.

Interactive Workshops & Performances
We combine a performance with a fun interactive teaching workshop where audience members are invited to learn the basics of Irish dance.
Performance fees vary depending on the event, the number of dancers required, and length of show requested. Live music performance fees with our traditional or contemporary band are higher due to technical requirements.
